All payments must be fully authorized and cleared before access to digital materials or shipment of physical products begins.
4. Shipping Policy
Shipping windows begin only after payment clearance. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers or external factors are outside our control.
5. Refund Policy
Digital products are final sale. Physical products may be eligible for limited refund upon inspection. Buyer’s remorse is not grounds for refund.
6. Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated without contacting support may result in account suspension and legal recovery actions.
